Heavy Structural work: channels 

  • I – Beams, Angle iron, flat bars & different steel plates 

  • Making up flanges and gusset plates for structural beams 

  • Rebuilding and repairing rotating & vibrating screens 

  • Fabricating Handrails, platforms, cladding & insulation

  • Making chutes, hopper, cones and square to round

  • Repair work on conveyors including skirtings & scrapers 

  • Pipe work up to 750mm diameter 

  • Rolling, folding, drilling and punching

  • Reading and interpreting drawings

  • Maintenance work at Evolution mining, BHP Smelters, 

  • KCGM, KB and Saracen (Thunderbox).

  • Welding stick, Mig and Tig (M/S S/S and Ali) 

  • Welding with wire feeder 

  • Acting Site Supervisor from time to time
