About the opportunity
A growing services group in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee its finance function, reporting directly to the CFO.
What you will do
- Manage month-end close, statutory reporting and budgeting cycles.
- Lead and develop a finance team of five.
- Oversee cash flow, treasury and compliance obligations.
- Partner with the executive team on commercial decision-making.
- Strengthen internal controls and financial systems.
What you will bring
- CA/CPA qualification.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar finance leadership role.
- Strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial modelling.
- Full Australian work rights.
