About the opportunity
A luxury safari lodge overlooking the Zambezi is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its kitchen team and deliver an exceptional fine-dining experience for international guests.
What you will do
- Plan and deliver seasonal menus for fine-dining and events.
- Manage kitchen budgets, ordering and stock control.
- Lead, train and roster a multi-national kitchen brigade.
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards across all sections.
- Collaborate with lodge management on guest experience initiatives.
What you will bring
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Head or Executive Chef, luxury hospitality preferred.
- Formal culinary qualification.
- Proven kitchen leadership and cost-control experience.
- Willingness to relocate to a remote lodge location.
- Valid passport and ability to obtain a Zimbabwean work permit.
